Since the Kendrick and Drake cold war finally came to a head in an all out battle for the GOAT title, hip hop has become competitive again. People have come out swinging!

Then in came AZ Chike with What Would You Do. It was pandemonium

There were a few more names that got in the mix, there was a lot of back and forth, and it was a lot of fun.

Cardi B Vs. Everybody

Now Cardi B has dropped her album after 7 years without an album drop and she took jabs at Ice Spice and Offset but went all the way in on City Girl JT on her track Magnet.

Oh but that’s not the only diss track on the album. She dedicated a complete track to Bia with her Pretty and Petty.

The Methodic Takedown Of Young Thug

Somebody decided that 2025 was the year they would end Young Thug’s career. First his two hour interrogation relating to Lil Wayne’s tour bus being shot up back in 2015. Ever since there’s been back and forth about whether or not he’s a snitch.

Next his prison calls were being leaked daily dropping like mixtapes. He said a lot of unfavorable things about the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Future, Drake, Dirk, Migos, Glorilla and J Cole on these calls. This almost guarantees that no one he talked about in those calls will ever want to work with him again.

Thug has done an interview since all of the leaks in which he tries to explain himself and set the record straight on a few things.

Then dropped his song Miss My Dogs in which he apologizes to pretty much everyone he felt was important enough to him to apologize to.

Now all we can do is sit back and watch to see if its really pretty much over for Slime. At any rate whether fans eventually choose to forgive him or not, I doubt anyone will ever look at him the same.
